The Scholarship
Michael Gill attended Chaminade College Preparatory High School in St. Louis, Missouri and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Dayton in 1989 – as well as his Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and law degree from Catholic University.
Mike had an extremely successful career – serving in roles on Capitol Hill, at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and in top advisory roles associated with financial services policy.
Friends and family of Mike’s intend to establish an endowed scholarship at the University of Dayton to honor his memory, his strong faith and high character, while assisting future Flyers as they earn their degree in the Catholic, Marianist tradition of learn, lead and serve.
